About the Role

We are looking for experienced WebRTC Developers to join our engineering team and build high-performance, real-time communication and live streaming solutions.

You will work on scalable media infrastructure, real-time audio/video systems, and streaming technologies while leveraging modern WebRTC frameworks and open-source projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time audio/video communication systems using WebRTC.
• Work with WebRTC-based frameworks and open-source media technologies.
• Build and optimize live streaming and real-time media pipelines.
• Develop scalable, low-latency solutions for audio/video transmission.
• Troubleshoot and optimize issues related to latency, quality, bandwidth, connectivity, and scalability.
• Integrate and customize open-source projects such as mediasoup, Pion, and LiveKit.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to deliver reliable real-time communication experiences.
• Contribute to architecture, performance optimization, and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with WebRTC or WebRTC-based frameworks.
• Strong understanding of WebRTC architecture and real-time communication protocols.
• Familiarity with open-source projects such as: mediasoup, Pion, LiveKit
• Good understanding of live streaming technologies and media pipelines.
• Experience with audio/video codecs, RTP/RTCP, ICE, STUN/TURN, and related WebRTC concepts.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
