Video Editing - Intern Internship

Role Overview
You’ll be working with our post-production team on day-to-day content edits for brands, influencers, and
performance campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your time inside the timeline - cutting,
cleaning, and packaging content for fast-moving digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Editing (Day-to-Day Work)
● Cut raw footage into short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
● Remove dead space, retakes, and filler content to tighten pacing
● Sync audio and structure edits into a clean, engaging flow
● Create multiple versions of the same video (different hooks, durations, formats)

Subtitles & Packaging
● Add and format subtitles clearly for mobile viewing
● Use text overlays, callouts, emojis, and basic motion elements where needed
● Add background music and ensure audio levels are balanced

Content Adaptation
● Convert raw influencer/shoot footage into platform-ready content
● Resize and adapt edits for 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats
● Adjust pacing and structure based on platform (ads vs organic content)

Iterations & Output
● Implement feedback quickly (cut changes, text edits, timing fixes)
● Export videos in required formats for different platforms
● Handle multiple edits simultaneously during campaign timelines

Team Support
● Assist senior editors with basic timeline prep and selects
● Support during high-volume delivery periods
● Gradually take ownership of repeatable editing tasks

Requirements
● Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
● Basic experience editing short-form content (Reels/Shorts/Ads)
● Understanding of pacing, hooks, and engaging first few seconds
● Ability to follow references and replicate editing styles
● Comfortable with subtitles, text overlays, and basic audio handling
● Willingness to take feedback and make quick iterations
● Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume editing work
● Basic knowledge of aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and exports
● Familiarity with After Effects or AI editing tools is a plus

Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)
