UCAN Kids and Family Social Manager
Netflix is looking for a strategic and creative Social Manager to lead title social strategy across its Kids & Family offerings and lead its always-on platform ecosystem. The role calls for someone who understands both kids and their parents: how kids engage with media, how parents discover and decide what's worth their family's time, and how to reach both audiences wherever they actually are.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the always-on Kids & Family brand channel ecosystem across Netflix Family and Netflix Jr, spanning YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, print, podcasts, web and email
- Lead title social campaigns for Netflix's kid-first slates, from strategy through execution, including briefing and content development
- Use analytics and internal data to inform and evolve strategy
- Work across Title Marketing, Publicity, Content Development, and Regions to align social strategy with broader goals
Background and Specific Skills
- 7+ years of experience in kids and family marketing, with a meaningful portion in social and YouTube
- Deep familiarity with how kids and parents engage with entertainment across games, series, and films
- Strong YouTube knowledge, including quality and safety practices and how to build and sustain an audience over time
- Experience working with creative agencies, including briefing, reviewing creative, and managing timelines
Generally, Netflix's compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; there are no bonuses. Employees choose each year how much of their compensation they want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $177,000 to $306,000, based on job family, background, skills, and experience.
