TikTok Shop: Ops or Creator Marketing

1) TikTok Shop Ops

• Support TikTok Shop setup + integration with platforms like Shopify & Amazon
• Manage + optimize product listings
• Develop platform projection models (with AI tooling of course)
• Monitor for violations, TikTok campaigns, and other channel notifications
• Obsess over conversion rates and click rates

2) TikTok Shop Creator Manager

• Design creator targets + content briefs
• Coordinate outreach campaigns
• Review/approve sample requests
• Review content to update targets/content briefs
• Run creators into RoC creator retention program
