TikTok Shop Coordinator - Beauty

We are looking for a confident, commercially curious and analytical TikTok Shop Coordinator to join our growing team.

You'll support the growth of TikTok Shop across multiple beauty brands, working across products, content, creators, affiliates, campaigns and performance. This is an opportunity for someone who understands TikTok and social media, enjoys working with numbers and technology, and wants to build a career in social commerce and eCommerce.

What You'll Be Doing

TikTok Shop & Social Commerce

• Support the day-to-day management and growth of TikTok Shop across multiple beauty brands.
• Manage products, promotions, campaigns and key trading events.
• Monitor sales, GMV, conversion, AOV and other commercial KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales.
• Support TikTok content planning and research trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
  
  

Creators & Affiliates

• Research and identify relevant TikTok creators and affiliates.
• Support creator campaigns, product seeding and content activity.
• Track creator and campaign performance to understand what is driving results.
• Develop an understanding of how content and creators translate into sales.
  
  

Data & Technology

• Produce TikTok Shop and social commerce performance reports.
• Analyse views, engagement, clicks, conversion and sales to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain performance trackers and dashboards.
• Use AI tools and digital technology to improve research, reporting and productivity.
• Investigate why performance changes and turn findings into practical actions.
  
  

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Strong understanding of TikTok professionally.
• Genuine interest in TikTok Shop and social commerce.
• Personal experience of purchasing through TikTok Shop and an understanding of the customer journey.
• Confidence working with numbers, data and performance information.
• Interest in AI, technology and digital tools.
• A proactive approach — someone who asks questions, investigates problems and uses their initiative.
• A confident, resilient and robust approach, able to take feedback and deal with setbacks.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English. French, Spanish or German would be a bonus.
