DADFUEL is a fast-growing DTC supplement brand based in Delray Beach, Florida. We make an all-in-one super shake for busy dads.

We're founder-led with a lean team, which means whoever takes this seat gets to own the channel outright rather than supporting someone else who does.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Delray Beach.

• Launching our TikTok Shop end to end
• Designing the affiliate program itself: commission structure, tiers, contracts, tracking, and payouts
• Recruiting creators at volume — sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiating, and closing them into the program
• Running the roster like a sales pipeline: tracking who actually sells, cutting who doesn't, and keeping the winners producing
• Sample seeding and the logistics behind it
• Securing usage rights and feeding the best creator content into our paid ads
• Knowing the numbers. GMV, active sellers, and cost per acquisition, etc. reported weekly

Qualifications

• 2+ years running influencer, affiliate, or creator programs. You have personally recruited and closed creators, not managed an agency that did
• Hands-on with TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliate Center, or comparable affiliate platforms like Refersion, Levanta, Social Snowball, or Impact
• You have built a program from the ground up, or can show us exactly how you'd build ours
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach
• Strong writer. Your creator DMs are on point.
• Fluent with AI tools and quick with new software.
• Local to Delray Beach or able to be on-site full-time
• Supplement, CPG, or DTC ecommerce experience is a plus

Compensation

Competitive base commensurate with experience, plus meaningful upside tied to program performance.
