We're working with a fast growing e-commerce agency helping ambitious consumer brands turn TikTok Shop into a serious revenue channel. As an official TikTok Shop Agency Partner, they're working with exciting brands across beauty, lifestyle, fashion, health and FMCG, helping them grow through creators, content, advertising and clever commercial strategy.

They're now looking for a TikTok Shop Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients and play a key role in their continued growth.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with hands on TikTok Shop experience who wants more ownership, exposure to exciting brands and the chance to make a genuine commercial impact.

The Opportunity

You'll be managing client relationships while developing strategies to grow sales, improve performance and unlock new opportunities across TikTok Shop.

This isn't simply about managing social media accounts. You'll be working at the intersection of e-commerce, creator marketing, advertising and sales, with a clear focus on turning activity into measurable revenue.

This role is really important for them, they're looking for someone who can lead from the front and grow with the business!

What you'll be doing:

• Taking ownership of client accounts and developing strategies to increase sales, conversion rates and profitability.
• Building relationships with content creators, managing affiliate programmes and finding new ways to generate shoppable content.
• Guiding the direction of the TikTok Shop division.
• Collaborating with advertising and creative teams on campaigns, promotions and strategies to maximise return on investment.
• Becoming a trusted point of contact, leading meetings and presenting performance updates and recommendations.
• Keeping up with platform developments, analysing results and identifying ways to improve performance and accelerate growth.
• Managing multiple accounts, keeping activity organised and ensuring clients receive a proactive, commercially focused service.

The Company

You'll be joining an ambitious, fast growing Bristol agency specialising in helping consumer brands scale across TikTok Shop, Amazon and eBay.

With a collaborative team covering e-commerce, advertising and creative, you'll have the support and expertise around you to deliver great results, while having the autonomy to make your own mark.

As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to develop into more senior account management and leadership positions.

What They're Looking For

• Some TikTok Shop experience, ideally managing brands or client accounts.
• A solid understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center and how the platform drives sales.
• Experience with affiliate programmes and working with content creators.
• A commercial mindset, with an understanding of sales performance, conversion rates and revenue growth.
• Confidence managing client relationships and communicating recommendations.
• Someone organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency, GMV Max campaigns, TikTok LIVE or other marketplaces would be a bonus!
