TikTok Shop Account Manager

We're a small, ambitious team and work closely with every client. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Account Manager to join us on the journey.
The RoleYou'll work directly with the founders, managing a portfolio of TikTok Shop brands and helping them grow through affiliate marketing, LIVE selling, creator content and GMV Max advertising.
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys TikTok Shop, thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping brands grow.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships
- Plan and execute TikTok Shop growth strategies
- Grow brands through affiliate marketing
- Coordinate TikTok LIVE schedules, presenters and campaigns
- Support creator outreach and content planning
- Assist with GMV Max advertising campaigns
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Keep projects organised and ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely with the founders on client strategy
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with TikTok Shop
- Has experience managing client accounts
- Is highly organised and proactive
- Is an excellent communicator
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Is passionate about social commerce and TikTok
- Enjoys solving problems and taking ownership
- Work directly with the founders
