TikTok & Reels Video Editor

Location: Beirut, Lebanon

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home

We're looking for a fulltime creative TikTok & Instagram Reels, Editor.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit TikTok and Instagram Reels content to make it more engaging, dynamic, and entertaining.
• Develop creative video briefs and guide content creators on how to shoot better videos.
• Improve storytelling, hooks, transitions, pacing, and overall video flow.
• Stay on top of TikTok/Social trends, sounds, formats, and editing styles.
• Review raw creator footage and turn it into engaging, platform-native content.
• Work closely with our creative and campaign teams to bring content ideas to life.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience editing TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Strong knowledge of CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Good understanding of social media trends and what makes content perform.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling and detail.
• Ability to brief creators, provide feedback, and improve their content.
• Experience working with influencers, content creators, or social media agencies is a plus
