We work with a variety of established brands and match hosts with the accounts that are the best fit for their expertise and personality. We currently manage 25+ brands, including L'Oréal Paris, NYX Professional Makeup, Maybelline, Garnier, e.l.f. Cosmetics, Old Navy, SharkNinja, Medicube, Tarte Cosmetics, and more.

We are looking to expand into bilingual and completely Spanish speaking lives to broaden our audience and give even more people the opportunity to engage with our content.

What You'll Do

This is a full-time, on-site TikTok Live Host (Spanish Speaking) role based in Los Angeles, CA. The TikTok Live Host will present and demonstrate products in Spanish during live shopping broadcasts, engaging viewers, answering questions in real time, and driving interest and conversion for featured brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include hosting TikTok Live e-commerce shows in Spanish, learning product features and benefits, coordinating with producers and studio teams, and maintaining a dynamic, professional on-camera presence for 2+ hour shows. The host will interact with audiences through chat, promote products in a relatable and authentic way, show true passion for the brands they work with, and create a live show that encourages customers to connect with and purchase products from said brand. Hosts are expected to communicate regularly with producers and other members of the Favored team to foster the best possible working environment. The role may also involve participating in training sessions, applying best practices for live commerce, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve show quality and audience engagement.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including fluent Spanish speaking and clear on-camera presentation.
• People with experience in 2+ hour e-commerce livestreams
• Cooking enthusiast are encouraged to apply
• Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking Spanish on camera for extended periods
• Able to perform live cooking and other demonstrations
• Strong communication and improvisation skills
• TikTok LIVE, TikTok Shop, livestream selling, UGC, broadcasting, or radio experience is a plus
