The Live Associate supports QVC and will support the scaled growth of QVC's TikTok live and other social-first initiatives.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Drive live shopping execution from strategy to screen by partnering closely with merchandising and commercialization teams to bring live product plans to life. You’ll help turn strategy into seamless execution across the full workflow, ensuring the right products show up in the right way at the right time.
• Turn performance data into smarter action by digging into key metrics like traffic, conversion, and GMV to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and where we can improve. You’ll translate data into practical recommendations that sharpen creator operations and strengthen live shopping results.
• Bring a strong pulse on TikTok and live commerce trends by staying plugged into platform updates, audience behaviors, and emerging best practices. You’ll contribute fresh ideas that help elevate our live shopping experience and keep our approach relevant, engaging, and competitive.
• Spot opportunities to improve and innovate by identifying ways to streamline processes, solve operational challenges, and continuously enhance how we work in live commerce. You’ll play a hands-on role in helping the team move faster, work smarter, and test new ideas.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years in a retail, e-commerce, or social commerce environment.

• Working knowledge of TikTok (as a user or creator) and familiarity with live shopping trends.

• Proficiency with Airtable or similar data management tools.
