TikTok Creator and Affiliate Executive (Hybrid)

Love TikTok, social media trends, and turning scrolls into sales?

We’re looking for a creative and commercially driven TikTok Creator & Affiliate Executive to help grow our brand through TikTok Shop and affiliate partnerships. You’ll work closely with creators, presenters, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life, spot emerging trends, optimise performance, and drive revenue through the power of social commerce.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop & Affiliate Management

• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok creators via the TikTok Affiliate Program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, provide product knowledge and drive creator engagement.
• Ensure daily/weekly product seeding to top performers
• Support wider team with LullaBellz Professional Affiliate programme
  
  

Content Optimisation & Analytics

• Analyse which products are converting best on TikTok Shop.
• Work with the wider team to develop product bundles and promotional offers.
• Regularly optimise product listings, titles, and thumbnails to maximise conversion.
  
  

Performance Reporting

• Track and report on conversion rates from affiliate content and social DMs.
• Use TikTok Analytics, Shop Dashboard, and UTM tracking to attribute revenue.
• Produce weekly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  
  

TikTok Presenter Coordination

• Coordinate our small team of freelance TikTok presenters to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand content delivery.
• Support presenters with content briefs, product knowledge, campaign messaging, and key selling points.
• Organise filming schedules, product launches, and live content opportunities to maximise sales impact.
• Monitor presenter performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
• Work closely with presenters, creators, and the wider marketing team to develop fresh content ideas and maintain momentum across TikTok Shop
  
  

Brand & Community Activation

• Assist with the planning and delivery of community brand events, supporting creator engagement and strengthening brand advocacy.
• Support the planning and coordination of product and lifestyle photoshoots, liaising with internal teams, creators, and external suppliers.
  
  

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience managing affiliate or influencer marketing programmes, ideally within TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creators, and social commerce.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Experience using TikTok Shop, TikTok Analytics, Cruva or similar affiliate management platforms experience.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
• Experience within eCommerce or D2C brands is desirable
