Talent Manager, Influencer

Job Description:

Proud Management is looking for a remote Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager to oversee and grow a roster of 8–10 clients. This role involves day-to-day management of creator careers, brand deal negotiations, campaign execution, and long-term strategy planning. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and results-oriented, with a proven ability to deliver on KPIs related to revenue, client growth, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage a roster of 8-10 creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Own client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for both creators and external partners.
• Negotiate brand deals, contracts, and usage rights on behalf of clients.
• Track and deliver against KPIs, including revenue growth, new brand partnerships, and client retention.
• Oversee campaign execution — from contract to completion — ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Provide strategic career guidance and long-term planning for each client.
• Coordinate opportunities such as events, travel, press, and gifting.
• Maintain up-to-date internal documents and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the broader Proud team to identify trends and emerging talent.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment representation.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy, brand partnerships, and digital marketing.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting KPIs (revenue, deal flow, retention).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple clients/projects.
• Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Canva, G-Suite, Keynote, AirTable, and Slack is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
