Talent Manager Executive (Influencer Marketing)

RCLASHERS Media is hiring a Talent Manager Executive (Influencer Marketing) to manage, onboard, and grow our creator network while handling end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Onboard new creators into the RCLASHERS Media talent network.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to content delivery and posting.
• Negotiate campaign commercials, timelines, and deliverables with creators.
• Ensure smooth communication between brands, creators, and internal teams.
• Maintain creator database, contracts, campaign trackers, and payment updates.
• Support exclusive talent management and long-term creator partnerships.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Talent Management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator collaborations.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
