Talent Manager - Creator Partnership

Role Description

The Influencer Talent Manager will work full time on-site in Mumbai,

• Source, evaluate, and onboard macro influencers aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Own the end-to-end creator onboarding process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Build strong relationships with creators and act as their primary point of contact during onboarding.
• Coordinate contracts, documentation, and compliance for timely creator activation.
• Maintain and manage the creator pipeline, onboarding tracker, and talent database.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Campaign teams to ensure successful creator integration.
• Resolve onboarding queries and continuously improve onboarding processes and creator experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 3 years
• Experienced in Creator Onboarding and Influencer Outreach
