Talent Manager (Content Creators & Influencers)
Creators don't need someone to simply manage campaigns.
They need someone who understands their potential.
TIN Media is a creator talent management company working across Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Events, PR & Media. We are looking for a Talent Manager who can build strong creator relationships while driving the commercial opportunities around them.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and build relationships with TIN Media’s creator portfolio.
- Understand each creator’s content, audience, positioning and commercial potential.
- Identify and match relevant brand opportunities with creators.
- Manage briefs, negotiations, commercials, approvals and campaign execution.
- Represent creator interests while maintaining strong brand relationships.
- Coordinate with brands, agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns smoothly.
- Identify opportunities to grow creators beyond individual campaigns.
- Stay ahead of creator trends, platforms and brand expectations.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of relevant experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator management, media, entertainment, digital or account management.
We’re looking for someone who has understood the game but is still hungry to play a bigger one.
You should be:
- Excellent with people and relationships.
- Commercially aware and confident with negotiations.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces.
- Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable handling different creator personalities and stakeholders.
- Someone who naturally takes ownership.
The most important part
You should be someone who is born to lead your domain.
Someone who can look at a creator and think:
“I know where this person can go. Now let’s build the path.”
Compensation:
Up to Rs. 6 LPA, depending on experience and fit.
