Talent Manager (Beauty /Fashion/Lifestyle)

Role Description :

• The Talent Manager (Beauty/Fashion/Lifestyle) will lead end-to-end management of digital creators in these categories.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for talent and brand partners.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include scouting and onboarding relevant creators, negotiating and closing brand deals, managing contracts, and coordinating deliverables and timelines.
• The role involves building creator brand strategies, identifying collaboration opportunities, and working closely with internal influencer marketing and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed on brief and on time.
• The Talent Manager will also track performance, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance to creators on content, platform trends, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience in talent management, influencer relations, or artist management within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle domains.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation with creators, agencies, and brand teams.
• Understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with solid planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfort with data tracking, basic reporting, and performance analysis for campaigns and creator deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and inclusive approach to working with diverse creators.
• Prior experience in media, entertainment, or digital marketing; exposure to beauty/fashion/lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Fashion, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
