Talent Manager | Automotive Division

YCA | Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000–$175,000 base salary + commission/performance bonuses

About YCA

YCA is a leading talent management agency representing some of the most influential creators in technology and automotive.

We’re continuing to expand our automotive division and are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to help lead the next stage of its growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands creator management, knows how to build strong relationships with talent and brands, and is equally comfortable developing talent as they are creating new revenue opportunities.

The Role

As a Talent Manager within YCA’s Automotive Division, you’ll manage and grow a roster of automotive creators while actively identifying and signing new talent. We currently represent some of the largest in both the gas and electric vehicle spaces.

You’ll serve as a strategic partner to your creators: helping develop their businesses, positioning them for the right opportunities, and securing partnerships across automotive, technology, lifestyle, and adjacent categories.

This is not simply an account management position. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, generate business, negotiate opportunities, and grow talent careers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a roster of established and emerging automotive creators
  • Identify, recruit, and sign new talent to YCA’s automotive division
  • Build long-term career and business strategies for represented talent
  • Proactively source and secure brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop relationships with brands, agencies, PR teams, and other industry partners
  • Pitch talent for campaigns, ambassadorships, events, appearances, and other opportunities
  • Negotiate deal terms, compensation, deliverables, usage, exclusivity, and partnership structure
  • Manage relationships between talent and brand partners throughout campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to expand creators beyond traditional sponsorships
  • Help grow both individual talent revenue and YCA’s overall automotive business

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management, creator management, influencer marketing, or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing creators or digital talent
  • Proven ability to secure and negotiate brand partnerships
  • Current book of business with relevant brand, agency and relevant contacts
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and influencer marketing landscape
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and create new opportunities
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple talent relationships and deals simultaneously
  • Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a roster
  • Strong judgment and professionalism when representing both YCA and its talent

  • Automotive experience is highly preferred.

Existing relationships with brands, agencies, PR teams, creators, or other industry partners are a major plus.

    Compensation

    Base Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

Final base compensation will depend on experience, existing relationships, and the candidate’s expected commission structure.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:

    • Commission
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Additional incentives tied to talent and division growth

For the right person, this role offers significant upside beyond base compensation.

    Why YCA

You’ll be joining a growing agency with an established roster, strong brand relationships, and an expanding presence in the automotive creator space.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than simply maintaining a roster.

    1. We want someone who is excited about building, signing great talent, creating opportunities, and sharing in the upside of that growth.
    • If you’re already working in talent management and believe you can help build one of the strongest automotive creator rosters in the industry, we’d love to hear from you.
