Most talent roles make you pick a lane.
This one doesn't.
We're partnering with a well established specialist engineering manufacturer in Leicestershire to appoint a Talent Manager who will own both sides of the people agenda.
Hiring the right people. Then helping them grow.
You'll run recruitment end to end, building pipelines and making direct hiring the norm rather than the exception.
Alongside that, you'll shape onboarding, learning and development, so new starters land well and great people have somewhere to go.

What you'll bring:
- In house experience across talent acquisition and L&D, or deep expertise in one with solid exposure to the other
- A track record of direct hiring and building talent pipelines
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Manufacturing, engineering or industrial experience is a bonus, not a must
