About So Incredible

So Incredible is a small, boutique, digital-first influencer talent management agency and content production studio. We have our own production studio and video team, and we work with some of the UK’s top content creators and global brands.

About the role

We’re looking for a Talent Manager to look after a roster of creators and lead best-in-class campaigns from start to finish. This mid-level role suits someone with solid experience in talent management or influencer marketing who’s ready to take real ownership: building creators’ careers, negotiating brand partnerships and driving commercial growth. You’ll report to Senior Talent Manager and work closely with our production team. You’ll also line-manage a Junior Talent Manager, supporting their day-to-day work and development. The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital culture, has strong industry relationships and can balance creator care with commercial thinking. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hackney, London.

What you’ll do

  • Talent management: Be the main point of contact for your roster of creators, guiding their career strategy, brand positioning and long-term growth.
  • Brand partnerships: Pitch, negotiate and close commercial deals. Manage fees, usage, exclusivity and contract terms.
  • Campaign delivery: Own campaigns from brief to wrap, including timelines, creative direction, approvals and making sure both talent and brand are happy.
  • Business development: Build relationships with brands and agencies, find new revenue streams and help scout and sign new talent.
  • Content strategy: Work with creators and our in-house studio on content plans, creative concepts and pitch decks.
  • Reporting and performance: Track campaign results and roster revenue, and produce wrap reports and insights for brands and talent.
  • Line management: Mentor and manage a Junior Talent Manager, delegating admin, diary coordination and gifting.

Skills and experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing or a similar agency role
  • A track record of negotiating and closing brand deals, with confidence on rates, contracts and usage rights
  • Strong existing relationships with brands, agencies and/or creators
  • Commercially minded, with experience working towards revenue targets
  • Excellent communicator, with polished written briefs and confident presentations
  • Culturally tuned-in, with a deep understanding of trends, the creator economy and Gen Z audiences
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple creators, campaigns and deadlines at once
  • Fluent in Google Workspace, with bonus points for Canva, Missive or SmartSuite
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus
