Talent Manager

HMG is a leading talent management and influencer marketing agency based in Austin, TX. We're growing fast and are looking for team members to help us hold our standard and take things to the next level.

We're looking for an experienced Talent Manager who can make an impact from day one.

What you'll do:

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit prospective influencer talent
• Serve as the primary manager for assigned creators, building campaign strategy and deliverable plans
• Deepen relationships across the existing roster and the wider creator market
• Source, structure, and negotiate brand partnerships end to end
• Advise creators on positioning, brand alignment, and long-term career strategy
• Dig into deal and campaign performance data to sharpen how HMG prices and pitches
• Represent HMG in negotiations and conversations with brands, agencies, and talent
• Flag what's broken in our processes and systems so we can fix it

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years experience in talent management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creator-side business development
• A track record of negotiating and closing deals
• A strong eye for creators with the "x" factor, and sound instincts for which brands actually fit them
• A highly organized self-starter. You track your own follow-ups and deadlines without anyone reminding you, and you move on decisions without waiting to be told
• Sharp written communication. Most of this job happens over email, and how you write is how HMG reads
• Comfortable with tech tools and systems. We run on HubSpot and a number of proprietary tools, so adopting quickly matters, as does flagging what could work better
• Genuinely enthusiastic about the creator economy!
