Talent Manager

About the Role

If you live and breathe creators, social media trends, and internet culture, this role is for you. As a Talent Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between brands and some of the most exciting influencers in the industry. You’ll work closely with creators, help them grow their personal brand, secure meaningful collaborations, and be part of campaigns that create real impact online.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage influencer relationships end-to-end, including brand collaborations, campaign execution, PR activities, and day-to-day coordination.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close brand partnerships that align with creators’ profiles and growth goals.
• Identify and onboard emerging talent and rising influencers across platforms.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with creators and support their professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop innovative content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Attend industry events, network with brands and creators, and stay connected with the latest trends.
• Monitor new platforms, viral content formats, and emerging creator categories to spot opportunities early.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in working with creators and a strong understanding of the creator economy.
• Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and professional.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A natural relationship-builder who enjoys collaborating with people.
• Comfortable with email communication, spreadsheets, and basic presentations.
• Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• 3 years of experience in Talent Management/Influencer marketing, or a passionate fresher with a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem.
