Talent Manager (Animals & Pets Influencers)

Stride Social is looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join its growing Talent Management team.
This role is ideal for someone interested in social media, influencer marketing and the creator economy. Previous industry experience is not required. We are looking for confident communicators who are proactive, motivated by results and eager to build relationships with both creators and brands.
As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will build and manage your own roster of creators, help secure brand partnerships and support talent in growing their careers.
A major part of joining Stride is development. Talent Managers go through extensive education, training and ongoing upskilling designed to give them the knowledge, systems and commercial skills needed to become exceptional at talent management.
Whether you are completely new to the industry or already have relevant experience, our goal is to give you the tools to perform at a high level, grow a successful talent roster, secure stronger brand opportunities and take on greater responsibility as Stride continues to grow.

- Uncapped commission: Potential earnings of approximately £2,000 to £14,000+ per month based on performance

- Fully remote: Work from anywhere, with the option to work alongside the team from our Bali office

- Research and identify promising influencers
- Reach out to prospective talent and conduct introductory calls
- Sign and onboard new creators
- Build strong relationships with the talent you represent
- Identify brands and opportunities that align with your creators
- Conduct brand outreach and secure paid partnerships
- Negotiate rates, deliverables and campaign terms
- Coordinate campaigns between creators and brands
- Maintain clear communication throughout each partnership
- Attend team meetings every Monday and Thursday
- Participate in ongoing training, education and team development
- Share progress and collaborate with the wider Stride Social team
You may be a strong fit if you are:
- Interested in social media, influencer marketing and the creator economy
- Confident communicating with new people in excellent English
- Comfortable with outreach, sales calls and relationship building
- Motivated by targets and performance-based earnings
- Organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

- Coachable and willing to continuously learn and improve
- Ambitious and interested in developing into a high-performing Talent Manager
Experience in social media, marketing, sales, business development, customer service or account management is beneficial but not essential.

Schedule: Flexible, with team meetings every Monday and Thursday
Compensation: Performance-based uncapped commission
Potential earnings: Approximately £2,000 to £14,000+ per month, depending on performance
