We are hiring for a major, highly established US talent agency looking to launch a brand-new standalone agency.
They’re looking for an experienced Talent Management Lead to take ownership of the launch - building the agency from the ground up and shaping its roster, verticals, team, strategy and direction.
This role combines the entrepreneurial freedom of building a boutique agency with the financial backing, resources, infrastructure and network of a highly reputable, established business from day one.
What you’ll be doing
- Launch and lead a new standalone talent agency
- Define its talent strategy, positioning and verticals
- Build a highly curated roster of digital creators
- Identify, sign and develop new talent
- Lead commercial strategy and drive revenue across the roster
- Build relationships with leading brands, agencies and platforms
- Establish the agency’s processes, structure and approach to talent management
- Build and lead the team as the agency grows
- Work closely with senior leadership while having significant autonomy over the new business
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience within digital talent / creator management
- Strong track record of signing, developing and monetising creators
- Established relationships across talent, brands, agencies and platforms
- Strong commercial understanding of creator partnerships and revenue
- The ability to build and develop a team
- An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine ambition to build something from the ground up
- A strong point of view on what a modern talent agency should look like
- Expertise within specific creator verticals would be highly valuable
