Talent Management Lead (Digital/Creator)

Creator Economy | Talent Management | US

Remote - United States

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 base + commission + healthcare

What if your next Talent Manager role gave you the opportunity to build an agency of your own?

We’re partnering with an established creator economy business that is launching a series of specialist talent management agencies, each with its own identity, niche and roster.

They’re looking for ambitious Talent Managers who want to do more than manage an existing list of creators. This is an opportunity to develop a distinctive talent business, backed by an established team with the infrastructure and industry relationships to support your growth.

The opportunity

You’ll take the lead in developing a new agency focused on a creator category you know inside out.

Whether that’s fashion, beauty, fitness, food, lifestyle or another growing area of the creator economy, you’ll have the freedom to identify talent, shape their careers and establish the agency’s position in the market.

You’ll have the independence to develop your own approach to management, alongside the support of a wider business. As your roster grows, there’s potential to build a team around it.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying, approaching and signing digital creators within your specialist category.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with talent and developing individual career strategies.
  • Creating commercial opportunities through brand partnerships and other revenue streams.
  • Negotiating deals and overseeing partnerships from pitch through to completion.
  • Developing the agency’s identity, roster and reputation within the creator economy.
  • Helping shape the business as it grows, with the potential to take on wider leadership responsibilities.

What we’re looking for

You’ll have experience in digital talent management, a strong network within the creator economy and a genuine interest in building something from the ground up.

You should be comfortable identifying promising talent, developing relationships and proactively creating commercial opportunities.

An existing portable roster would be beneficial, but it isn’t essential. We’re equally interested in managers who have the experience, relationships and ambition to build a roster of their own.

This is particularly well suited to someone who wants greater ownership, creative freedom and the opportunity to influence the direction of a growing business.

What’s on offer

  • $70,000–$85,000 base salary plus commission.
  • Fully remote working across the US
  • Healthcare benefits.
  • The opportunity to build and develop a specialist talent agency.
  • Operational support and established industry relationships.
  • Long-term progression as your roster and team grow.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
