Talent Management Intern Internship

The Opportunity

Shine is looking for interns to support its Canadian and US teams, with an interest in communications, digital marketing, and talent management. Hiring is remote, so applicants can be based in Canada or the US. Must require an internship for school credit.

What you would be doing

• Pitching talent to brands and creating pitch lists
• Scouting new talent for management
• Supporting Shine's social channels (grids, captions, Instagram stories, website)
• Supporting newsletter development
• Updating internal files
• Supporting Shine social events (logistics, set up, on-site support, tear down)
• Client-related research

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Passion for social media and digital marketing
• Strong communication skills, organization, and proactive thinking

Compensation

The role is unpaid with a 1,000 USD per month honorarium for full time interns and a 500 USD per month honorarium for part time interns. Fully remote, must be based in the US or Canadian market. Currently accepting applications for Fall 2026 interns.
