Talent Management & Influencer Marketing Intern Internship

RCLASHERS Media is looking for a Talent Management & Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, creator management, and the influencer marketing industry.

As an intern, you will work closely with creators, brands, and our internal team while gaining hands-on experience in managing influencer campaigns and talent relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creator outreach, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Coordinate with creators for ongoing and upcoming brand campaigns.
• Assist in managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication.
• Support the team in creator commercials, negotiations, and campaign coordination.
• Identify and research relevant creators based on campaign requirements.
• Maintain and update creator databases, campaign trackers, and reports.
• Coordinate with brands and creators to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Follow up with creators regarding content submissions, revisions, approvals, and posting schedules.
• Support the Talent Management team with day-to-day creator management activities.
• Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, creators, and social media platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating with creators and brands professionally.
• Good negotiation skills will be an added advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, sales, or business development is a plus.

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and performance
