Talent Director — U.S. Remote
Location: United States – Fully Remote
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $130,000–$170,000 + Commission/Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity
We’re working with a growing U.S. creator management agency looking to bring on a Talent Director to their small team.
This role sits between hands-on talent representation and agency leadership.
You’ll continue working directly with creators while also helping develop Talent Managers, shape roster strategy, identify new talent and improve how the wider talent function operates.
It’s an opportunity for an established Senior Talent Manager or existing Director who wants more influence over the business they’re helping to build.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and strategically developing key creator relationships
- Leading and mentoring Talent Managers
- Supporting managers with complex negotiations and commercial strategy
- Driving revenue and commercial performance across the roster
- Identifying and signing new creators
- Helping shape wider talent and roster strategy
- Developing relationships with brands, agencies and industry partners
- Identifying new commercial opportunities and revenue streams
- Supporting recruitment and development of the talent management team
- Working closely with senior leadership on agency growth
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience within digital talent management/creator representation
- Currently operating within the creator economy
- Experience managing an active roster of established creators
- Previous leadership, mentoring or people-management experience
- Strong commercial track record
- Existing relationships across brands, agencies and creators
- Experience identifying and signing talent
- Strong understanding of creator businesses beyond individual brand deals
- Comfortable operating autonomously within a fully remote environment
