About TABOOST

TABOOST is a leading talent and creator agency representing influencers and top TikTok Shop sellers. We manage creators across all platforms, helping them grow and monetize through brand deals, partnerships, and long-term business strategy.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Managers and creators in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for keeping deals, timelines, communication, and internal systems organized so nothing falls through the cracks. You will be working across multiple creators and campaigns at once, so attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of everything is critical.

What You’ll Do

• Support Talent Managers across day-to-day operations

• Track creator deal statuses across multiple campaigns

• Keep CRM fully updated with accurate, real-time information

• Submit invoices for completed brand deals and track payments

• Communicate with creators on deadlines, deliverables, and reminders

• Monitor creator activity and flag opportunities, updates, or issues

• Assist in campaign coordination and execution

What We’re Looking For

• Prior influencer / talent agency experience (required)

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple creators or campaigns

• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail

• Proactive mindset, you stay ahead of tasks without being asked

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented

• Available to be able to go in-person to co-working location (nearest to you) 1x per week for department wide remote Zoom

Growth Opportunity

After approximately one year in this role, Talent Coordinators have the opportunity to grow into a Talent Manager position and begin managing their own roster of creators.
