About The Role
Night is seeking a driven Talent Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of deal-making, brand partnerships, and creator strategy—playing a key part in shaping the growth of top-tier talent.
You'll get more exposure in your first two months than most get in two years. This role is built as a launchpad to becoming a manager, and it's designed for someone who is flexible, obsessed with growing their clients' businesses, and hungry to move up quickly. This is not a 9-5.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for talent and their internal teams, supporting across business, creative, and logistics.
- Drive outbound brand outreach and business development to generate new revenue for the roster.
- Identify, qualify, and route inbound partnership opportunities across multiple clients.
- Support deal negotiation and execution, from initial pitch through contracting and delivery.
- Travel with and support talent onsite at major events, activations, and appearances.
- Track and process deals, deliverables, and timelines using internal systems.
- Stay ahead of trends across streaming, music, gaming, and creator culture; surface insights that drive growth.
- Identify and track emerging creators with signing potential.
- 1-3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, agency, or brand partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok from both a business and audience perspective.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working directly with high-profile talent.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities at once.
- Extreme discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.
- Commercial instincts and a clear drive to make clients money.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel as the roster demands.
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or platforms in the creator economy.
- Experience supporting talent onsite at live events, tours, or activations.
- Ambition to grow into a digital talent manager role.
