Location: New York, NY
Reports to: Senior Director of Digital Talent
About Night
Night is a next-generation media holding company redefining talent representation for the digital age. Night manages over 300 of the world's most influential digital creators across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch. With a fully bootstrapped foundation and a digital-first ethos, Night has emerged as a cultural powerhouse at the intersection of entertainment, entrepreneurship, and the creator economy. The company's comprehensive suite of services includes talent management, a venture studio, a rapidly growing licensing division, and a top-tier podcast network. As the traditional media landscape continues to evolve, Night is building the infrastructure that empowers individual creators to become global brands.
About The Role
Night is seeking a driven Talent Coordinator to join the team of one of our top digital talent managers, whose roster spans some of the biggest names in streaming, music, and gaming. This is a high-exposure seat: you'll work directly with the talent, travel with them to marquee events like NBA All-Star Weekend and the Super Bowl, and help build out their creative, social, and brand partnership strategies.
You'll get more exposure in your first two months than most get in two years. This role is built as a launchpad to becoming a manager, and it's designed for someone who is flexible, obsessed with growing their clients' businesses, and hungry to move up quickly. This is not a 9-5.
