Talent Coordinator

Our client in the personal care industry is hiring a Talent Coordinator!

We're looking for a Talent Casting Coordinator to build and manage our in-house model roster for upcoming campaigns, including a Target retail launch and ongoing content series. This is a full-time, on-the-ground role for someone who knows how to find talent outside of traditional agency channels.

Responsibilities

• Scout and recruit models directly (social media, street casting, local networks, open calls), with non-agency talent preferred.
• Communicate with prospective talent and screen fit against creative briefs (look, vibe, availability).
• Handle rate negotiations and finalize terms directly with talent.
• Maintain an organized, ongoing roster of vetted talent by type/look for fast turnaround on future shoots.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics with the production team ahead of shoot days.
• Manage releases and paperwork for booked talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in casting, talent scouting, or a related field (agency background not required, we're specifically looking for someone skilled at sourcing outside of agency systems).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• An eye for the company's aesthetic, comfortable identifying "the look" from a brief.
• Highly organized, able to manage a growing talent database and multiple shoot timelines at once.
• Based in or able to work within the LA area.
