We are seeking a Talent Agent & Producer to join Capital Virtues, the visual artist creator agency within The Jacky Winter Group. This position will see you as a vital member of our North American team, helping grow a newly launched creator venture as part of a global creative agency.
Flex your agenting, talent management and production skills across creator-led campaigns, brand partnerships, and social-first content, working with a growing roster of visual artists who are also content creators to deliver work for exciting clients and brands.

About Us
The Jacky Winter Group is an artist agency and production studio with offices in Melbourne, New York City, and London.
Representing over a hundred commercial artists, we solicit and produce thousands of creative briefs a year. Ranging from highly visual campaigns and activations, to animated commercials and environmental installations, catering primarily to advertising agencies, brands, publishers, and design studios.
Capital Virtues launched in January 2026, a Jacky Winter venture built for a new type of visual artist who moves fluidly between traditional practice and the fast-growing worlds of creator-led media, brand partnerships, and audience-driven ventures.
The venture has its own roster of illustrators, designers and visual storytellers who originate ideas and bring them to life through social-first video, process-led storytelling, and campaign-ready content, for global brands including Adobe, Figma, Chobani, Airbnb, Nike, Blick and PepsiCo.
Capital Virtues is a growing line of business, with its own brand identity. Backed by The Jacky Winter Group, it has the support of 20+ Agent-Producers across three global offices, with collective experience spanning commercial production and advertising, artist management and representation, design studios and publishing.
