Entertainment Booking Agent

TNG Agency | Full-Time | Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid), Los Angeles, CA (Remote), or New York, NY (Remote)

Minimum of five years of directly relevant professional experience required

Company Description

TNG Agency is a premier model management and talent agency serving the West Coast since 2012 and the only Las Vegas-based agency featured on Models.com. Founded by two sisters with extensive experience in the entertainment industry, TNG is a certified women-owned business with a diverse team of agents, creatives, and scouts.

We represent professional models, new faces, and SAG-AFTRA actors for campaigns, commercials, films, digital media, fashion shows, and events in Las Vegas and beyond. We also provide casting services and book dancers, voice-over artists, influencers, stylists, and photographers. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion extends across sizes, genders, ethnicities, ages, and backgrounds.

Role Description

TNG Agency is seeking an experienced Entertainment Booking Agent to manage talent relationships, secure bookings, develop client accounts, and grow agency revenue. This is a full-time position offering a hybrid arrangement for Las Vegas-based agents, combining in-office work with some work-from-home flexibility. We also welcome agents based in Los Angeles or New York to work remotely, provided they meet all required qualifications and experience requirements.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of professional experience as a talent agent, entertainment booking agent, or model booker at an entertainment, talent, or modeling agency. This experience must include direct responsibility for securing paid bookings, negotiating rates and contracts, managing talent, and maintaining client relationships.

The successful candidate will bring established industry knowledge, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to independently manage bookings from initial inquiry through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure paid opportunities for agency talent across campaigns, commercials, films, digital media, fashion shows, and events.
  • Develop new business, pitch talent, maintain existing client accounts, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Interpret casting briefs and client requirements, identify suitable talent, and prepare targeted submissions and casting materials.
  • Negotiate talent rates, usage rights, exclusivity, cancellation terms, and other booking conditions within agency guidelines.
  • Manage availability, holds, options, auditions, self-tapes, confirmations, and booking logistics.
  • Scout, evaluate, and sign talent in alignment with agency needs; support roster development and professional readiness.
  • Keep portfolios, comp cards, talent profiles, booking records, and client communications accurate and current.
  • Coordinate with clients, talent, production teams, and internal colleagues to communicate requirements, resolve issues, and support successful bookings.
  • Track booking activity and revenue, support invoicing and payment follow-up, and maintain timely communication throughout each project.
  • Represent TNG professionally at industry events, castings, and client meetings while supporting an inclusive agency culture.

  • Required Qualifications

    • At least five years of direct professional experience as a talent agent, entertainment booking agent, or model booker at an entertainment, talent, or modeling agency.
    • Demonstrated experience personally securing paid talent bookings and negotiating rates, usage rights, and contract terms.
    • A proven record of developing client relationships, generating repeat business, and contributing to booking revenue.
    • Established professional relationships relevant to talent booking, such as casting directors, producers, advertising agencies, brands, photographers, or event clients.
    • Practical knowledge of talent representation, casting workflows, submissions, roster management, and booking coordination.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, written communication, and relationship-management skills.
    • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through while managing multiple clients, talent schedules, and deadlines.
    • Proficiency with agency booking systems, casting platforms, CRM tools, email, and standard office software.
    • Professional discretion when handling confidential client, talent, financial, and contractual information.
    • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced agency environment.
    • Availability for full-time work, with flexibility for occasional events or time-sensitive booking needs.
    • Based in Las Vegas with regular in-office attendance under a hybrid arrangement, or based in Los Angeles or New York and able to work remotely while maintaining responsive communication and effective collaboration with the Las Vegas team.

Direct agency booking experience is a firm requirement. General entertainment, performance, hospitality, event coordination, recruiting, or sales experience alone does not satisfy the five-year minimum.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of the Las Vegas and broader West Coast entertainment and production markets.
    • Experience booking across multiple talent categories.
    • Familiarity with SAG-AFTRA booking requirements and union and nonunion projects.

    Application Requirements

Please submit your résumé and a brief summary identifying the agencies where you gained your qualifying experience, your dates of employment, the talent categories and markets you handled, and examples of bookings or measurable results you personally secured. Include your current location and whether you are applying for the Las Vegas hybrid arrangement or a remote position based in Los Angeles or New York. Keep client-confidential information private.

    • Only applicants who demonstrate at least five years of directly relevant agency booking experience and meet all required qualifications will be considered, regardless of work location.
