Schedule: In-office Monday–Thursday, work from home Friday
Compensation: Hourly during the initial 90-day probationary period, transitioning to salary upon successful completion. Salary is competitive based on experience.
Benefits include paid vacation days, paid holidays, and health care stipend.
No relocation package offered.

We’re seeking a motivated, highly organized, and proactive Talent Agent to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping talent succeed.
- Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, clients, and industry professionals.
- Coordinate auditions, callbacks, bookings, and talent schedules.
- Communicate casting opportunities and booking details to talent.
- Assist with contracts, and booking logistics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with the entertainment industry and Casting Networks is a plus.
- Previous talent agency experience is preferred but not required.
