Talent Agent

A-Frame is a talent management agency representing leading beauty and fashion stylists and

creators who work with global brands, A-list talent, and international private clients. We are

seeking a motivated Agents to join our team and help develop and maintain exceptional artist

and client relationships.

Position Overview

Our Agents work collaboratively to negotiate opportunities, develop new business, and support

our roster of artists through every stage of the booking process. This role is ideal for someone

who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is passionate about talent

representation, fashion, and beauty.

Responsibilities

● Build and maintain strong relationships with represented artists and booking clients,

including managers, publicists, agents, producers, and studio executives.

● Negotiate deal terms and prepare deal memos and contracts.

● Manage artist calendars and oversee day-to-day booking logistics.

● Provide outstanding service and ongoing communication to both clients and

represented talent.

● Offer strategic career guidance and support to artists.

● Strategic recruiting and talent development

● Represent A-Frame at networking and industry events.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree

● 4+ years of experience in talent representation, artist management, entertainment,

fashion, beauty, or a related client service industry, with a proven track record of

managing talent and building client relationships.

● Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office or marketing

applications.

● Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts is a plus.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.

● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

● Solution-oriented, resourceful, and enthusiastic.
