Sr. Social Media Strategist, Employee Advocacy

Esri is hiring a Sr. Social Media Strategist focused on employee advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute social media strategy: design and execute comprehensive social media strategies with leadership that align with business objectives.
• Drive high-impact campaigns: lead the execution and performance evaluation of large-scale, multi-channel social media campaigns.
• Elevate content strategy: develop high-quality content that engages diverse audiences and aligns with brand positioning and user expectations.
• Analyze and optimize performance using KPIs and advanced reporting methods.
• Communicate and collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams, and mentor junior team members.
• Stay ahead of trends in social media platforms and tools.

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
• Occasional travel may be required (up to about 20%)
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Recommended qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using Sprout Social for employee advocacy
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations
• Strong background in paid media strategy, influencer marketing, and audience segmentation
• Passion for technology and expertise in GIS and location intelligence

Base salary range: $88,712 - $155,792 USD.
