About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing who can independently manage influencer campaigns, coordinate with creators and clients, and ensure smooth campaign execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
• Identify, shortlist and coordinate with relevant influencers.
• Handle creator outreach, negotiations and onboarding.
• Coordinate with talent agencies and internal teams.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables and approvals.
• Manage client communication and provide regular updates.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Resolve campaign issues and ensure timely execution.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing/agency.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Good communication and client-management skills.
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership.
