Social Media Marketing Executive

Elite are partnering with an established fashion accessories brand is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Content Marketing Executive to join its marketing team during an exciting period of brand evolution.

Reporting to the Senior Social Manager, you’ll help deliver the social strategy, manage the content calendar and create engaging content that builds brand awareness and supports commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the weekly content calendar, scheduling and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
• Develop, film and edit social-first content, including Reels, TikToks and Stories.
• Support social shoots, preparing creative briefs, shot lists and product requirements.
• Work with Creative, Marketing, Digital and Retail teams to deliver content around campaigns, launches, store openings and trading priorities.
• Coordinate creator content and adapt assets for international markets.
• Manage daily community engagement, maintaining a consistent brand tone of voice.
• Track and report on social performance, using audience insights, trends and competitor activity to improve results.

About you

• At least two years’ experience in social media or content creation, ideally within fashion, beauty or retail.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging social trends.
• Confident filming, photographing and editing short-form content.
• Strong copywriting skills, a creative eye and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing content calendars, briefing creative teams and delivering to deadlines.
