We are seeking someone to lead the organic social presence for one of the world's most recognised beauty and purpose-driven brands.

This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule posts. You'll own voice across TikTok and Instagram, spotting cultural moments before they happen, creating content people actually want to engage with, and building a community that keeps audiences coming back.

You'll work alongside an incredibly talented team of creatives, strategists, creators and influencer specialists, with the opportunity to shape how millions of people experience one of the biggest consumer brands in the world.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

5+ years' experience managing organic social for beauty brands

Relevant portfolio of relevant social & content work within the beauty space.

A genuine passion for TikTok, Instagram and social culture

Strong copywriting and community management skills

Experience growing engaged audiences through creative, platform-first content
