Social Media Manager

Top Recruit is working with a fabulous, fast-growing, forward-thinking luxury travel company who are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to lead Instagram and social content for a growing luxury travel business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, short-form video and creating engaging content that stands out from the crowd.

The role:

• Own and manage the social content calendar, primarily Instagram
• Create, film, edit and publish engaging content, including Reels
• Bring destination expertise, customer experiences and team stories to life
• Source UGC and coordinate content with customers, partners and creators
• Develop influencer and brand collaborations
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to shape social strategy
• Monitor performance and use insights to improve engagement and reach

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on social media experience, ideally Instagram-first
• Confident creating and editing short-form video using CapCut or similar
• Excellent writing skills and a natural eye for storytelling
• Experience using Canva and creating social assets
• Creative, organised and proactive, with a great instinct for what works on social
• A commercial mindset and the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table
