The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media and content strategy across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

This role sits at the intersection of creative direction, cultural relevance, and performance. You’ll help shape how Even Realities shows up in the world — from product storytelling and founder narratives to reactive cultural moments and campaign amplification.

You’ll work closely with our Social Media Operations team, Creative team, and external production partners to create content that drives audience growth, engagement, and brand relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Even Realities’ organic social media and content strategy across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop content calendars aligned with product launches, partnerships, campaigns, and key brand moments.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to develop high-impact content formats, including short-form video, founder POV, product storytelling, and community-led content.
• Identify and respond to cultural trends, online conversations, and emerging opportunities relevant to our audiences.
• Work with external agencies, creators, and production partners to deliver high-quality, scalable content.
• Manage content production workflows, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
• Monitor social media performance and use data-driven insights to optimise content and channel strategy.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, content reach, and overall brand visibility.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, social media strategy, or content production, ideally within consumer technology, lifestyle, design, or culture-led brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, platform mechanics, and online culture.
• Strong editorial judgment, creative instincts, and visual taste.
• Experience developing content strategies and managing end-to-end content production workflows.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams, external agencies, and content creators.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard, and globally distributed environment.
• Passionate about technology, design, culture, and storytelling.
• Based in London or willing to work from our London office, with the right to work in the United Kingdom.
