Role Overview

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
  • Plan and manage the monthly content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns and product launches
  • Create, write, and publish engaging short-form and long-form content (copy, graphics, video scripts) in Korean and English
  • Lead influencer identification, outreach, and partnership management for branded collaborations
  • Monitor, moderate, and actively engage with the online community across all platforms
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, trends, and best practices in the Korean digital landscape
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Creative, PR, and Product teams to amplify campaigns
  • Manage social media advertising budgets and coordinate with performance marketing on paid social initiatives


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management within a brand, agency, or media company
  • Deep understanding of the Korean social media ecosystem (KakaoTalk, Naver, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
  • Proven track record of growing engaged social audiences and translating metrics into smarter, sharper strategy
  • Excellent bilingual copywriting skills in Korean and English
  • Strong visual instincts with experience briefing or co-producing content with creative teams
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or equivalent)
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Genuine passion for K-pop culture, Gen-Z trends, and global fandom dynamics
