DIA

Location: London, United Kingdom

Employment Type: Full-time

Workplace: On-site, London HQ

About the Role

DIA is looking for a creative, ambitious and culturally connected Social Media Manager to join our team at our London headquarters.

Operating at the intersection of talent, brands, culture and entertainment, DIA is an international creative agency with a distinctive identity and a growing global presence.

We're looking for someone with an exceptional visual eye, a strong understanding of social media and a genuine passion for storytelling, creativity and digital culture.

As our Social Media Manager, you'll take ownership of DIA's social media presence, developing and executing strategies that elevate our brand, showcase our talent and creative work, and grow our global audience.

You'll be responsible for shaping how DIA looks, feels and communicates across social platforms, transforming campaigns, events, talent collaborations and everyday agency moments into compelling, culturally relevant content.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines creative instincts with strategic thinking, understands what makes content stand out and enjoys turning ideas into results.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Brand Development

  • Own and develop DIA's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
  • Shape and maintain a distinctive, consistent and premium visual identity across DIA's digital channels.
  • Develop engaging content pillars, recurring formats and creative concepts that strengthen DIA's brand positioning.
  • Identify emerging trends, cultural moments and platform opportunities relevant to DIA and its audience.
  • Work closely with the wider team to align social media activity with DIA's brand, creative direction and commercial objectives.
  • Continuously explore new ways to position DIA within the creative, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment industries.

Content Creation & Creative Direction

  • Plan, create, edit and publish engaging social-first content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, photography and short-form video.
  • Translate creative campaigns, talent collaborations, events and agency projects into engaging digital storytelling.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual narratives that reflect DIA's aesthetic and identity.
  • Capture content behind the scenes at campaigns, events, productions and agency activities.
  • Edit and optimise photography and video for different platforms while maintaining a high creative standard.
  • Collaborate with talent managers, creatives, photographers and production teams to source and produce content.
  • Write compelling, considered and engaging copy that reflects DIA's tone of voice.

Community, Growth & Performance

  • Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling and optimisation across DIA's social channels.
  • Build and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with campaigns, events and key cultural moments.
  • Develop strategies to grow followers, engagement, reach and brand visibility.
  • Monitor performance across platforms, identifying opportunities to improve content and audience engagement.
  • Track key metrics and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Test new creative formats, content ideas and distribution strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Engage with DIA's digital community and identify relevant opportunities for collaboration and conversation.

Collaboration & Campaigns

  • Work across DIA's three divisions — SOCIALS, STUDIOS and SOUND — to bring the agency's work to life across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan social content around talent launches, brand partnerships, events and creative projects.
  • Coordinate content production and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Support the social media rollout of key agency announcements, campaigns and international initiatives.
  • Ensure all content reflects DIA's creative standards and brand identity.

About You
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation or social media strategy, ideally within a creative agency, premium brand, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or entertainment environment.
  • An exceptional visual eye with a strong appreciation for photography, design, aesthetics and contemporary culture.
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, supported by measurable results.
  • A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging social platforms.
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop original, culturally relevant content ideas.
  • Confident creating, filming and editing social-first video and visual content.
  • Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva or equivalent creative software.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable interpreting analytics and using performance insights to inform strategy.
  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership and bring new ideas to the table.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, music, entertainment, talent and the wider creative industries.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary based on experience.
  • The opportunity to shape the social media presence and creative identity of a growing international agency.
  • Creative ownership and the freedom to develop fresh ideas, formats and concepts.
  • Exposure to exciting talent, leading global brands, creative campaigns and cultural events.
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial environment at our London headquarters.
  • The opportunity to work closely with creative professionals and international teams.
  • Career development and progression opportunities as DIA continues to grow.
  • A team culture that values creativity, ambition, initiative and individuality.
