Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Create and manage high-quality content, including videos, photos, graphics, and captions, while maintaining consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging
• Manage daily social media activity, including posting schedules, platform optimization, community engagement, comments, and direct messages
• Build partnerships with influencers, athletes, and content creators to support campaigns, user-generated content, and audience growth
• Monitor wellness, supplement, fitness, nutrition, and social media trends to create timely, relevant, and engaging content
• Analyze social media performance and support product launches through data-driven recommendations, promotional campaigns, teasers, storytelling, and other launch-focused content

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media management experience, ideally within wellness, fitness, nutrition, supplements, or consumer products (B2C)
• Strong expertise in TikTok and Instagram growth strategies, with the ability to identify current trends and create compelling, on-brand content
• Proficient with content creation/editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms, along with excellent writing and caption-development skills
• Data-driven and self-motivated, with experience using social media analytics to evaluate performance and independently drive ideas and initiatives
• Experience with influencer outreach and/or affiliate programs, with a strong interest in health, supplements, fitness, and performance-focused lifestyles

Salary: $80K - $110K
