• Someone who has grown brands from scratch (not just maintained them)

• Sharp content writing—captions, hooks, thumb-stopping copy
• Strong grip on trends, formats & platform playbooks
• Consistent content planning & calendar execution
• Data-driven mindset: analytics, insights, optimization
• Solid community management (comments, DMs, engagement)
• Eye for brand voice & visual consistency
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, fast and well
