Social Media Intern (Organic) Internship

Wave Collective is a public relations, social media, and digital marketing firm based in Boston, specializing in public relations, social media marketing, content creation, event marketing, and influencer relations. It is adding interns to its social media, creative, and PR and influencer teams for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. These positions are for school credit. Hybrid schedule, with 1 to 2 in-office days per week in the South Boston office, client shoots, or client events.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Manage and update content calendars for multiple brands on different platforms.
• Design brand assets for posting (IG stories, graphics, etc.).
• Assist with social media performance reports and client strategy decks.
• Assist with administrative assignments (holiday calendars, client tracking, etc.).
• Participate in brainstorming and client shot list creation.
• Assist with photo and video content shoots at social client locations.
• Be an avid social media user, current on trends for IG, TikTok, FB, etc.
