Social Media Intern Internship

This Denver-based internship at Prim + Co is for candidates with a basic understanding of social media who are eager to accelerate their careers in social media marketing. You will gain experience in creative writing, social strategy, influencer relations, and content development while working with the social team, clients, and influencers. The internship is unpaid but offers school credit if applicable, at 10-12 hours a week.

Duties

• Daily engagement for social accounts (answering DMs, re-sharing content, responding to comments)
• Draft weekly content designs in Canva
• Provide administrative assistance for influencer relations, including building influencer lists, drafting pitches, and conducting outreach
• Assist with content shoots as needed
• Learn Sprout Social for scheduling and posting
• Participate in content brainstorm sessions and assist with shot list development

Experience and requirements

• College student concentrating in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or similar
• Experience with Canva and/or graphic design
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Able to commit to a weekly schedule of 10-12 hours
