Social Media Intern Internship

WaddyFletch is seeking a Social Media Intern who is eager to learn and grow in digital marketing. This is a fully remote internship with hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating content, and measuring success with analytics. WaddyFletch is a creative, remote-first agency; the intern collaborates with the marketing team and may work with project managers, designers, and sales staff.

What you'll be doing

• Content creation: write and schedule social posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Community engagement: help respond to comments and direct messages.
• Analytics and reporting: track post performance, follower growth, and engagement.
• Research: stay current on social media best practices, competitor activity, and trends.
• Collaboration: join brainstorming sessions and help maintain a cohesive brand voice.

• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing, from coursework or personal projects.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Solid writing skills and the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
