What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern who is passionate, creative, and excited to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a team player with an interest in TikTok, Instagram, UGC (User-Generated Content), and brand collaborations, this is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating social media content that highlights daily life, culture, and behind-the-scenes moments at the office.
• Help plan and organize events and influencer visits to strengthen our talent community.
• Communicate with influencers and talents to coordinate collaborations, visits, and creative opportunities.
• Contribute to content production for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including shooting and editing photo/video content.
• Support scheduling and publishing content across our accounts, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Track basic performance metrics and suggest ideas to boost engagement and follower growth.
• Assist with influencer marketing campaigns — including researching potential influencers, preparing briefing documents, and supporting campaign reporting.
• Support brand collaborations by coordinating deliverables, reviewing content for brand alignment, and assisting with campaign logistics.

Requirements

• Availability to work a minimum of 3 full days per week in our Vadistanbul office.
• A strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Turkish with a good understanding of English.
• Resides on the European side of Istanbul, preferably near Vadistanbul.
